技術(shù)特點(diǎn)  Features 

1、原料倉(cāng)到成品倉(cāng)均采用潛伏式AGV和貨架的方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)各工序之間的產(chǎn)品搬運(yùn)工作。

Using‘latent-type AGV + shelf ’delivery system from raw material warehouse to finished products warehouse to realize cassettes are transported between each process steps.

2、采用S.C定制的MCS任務(wù)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)MES系統(tǒng)下發(fā)的任務(wù)要求，來(lái)控制RCS小車(chē)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)搬運(yùn)貨架，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人化、智能化生產(chǎn)。

Adopts S.C customized MCS task scheduling system and according to the task requirements issued by MES system, it controls RCS vehicle scheduling system to move shelves to achieve unmanned smart production.

3、MCS任務(wù)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)包含部分MES功能，滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的基本需求。

MCS task scheduling system includes some MES function which could meet the basic needs of customers.

4、有開(kāi)放式貨架、半封閉式貨架、全封閉式貨架三種可選，滿(mǎn)足不同工藝生產(chǎn)需求。

Open/semi-enclosed /enclosed shelves optional, to meet different process needs.

5、貨架與自動(dòng)化結(jié)構(gòu)上采用機(jī)械方式對(duì)接，程序上采用網(wǎng)線(xiàn)連接進(jìn)行信號(hào)傳輸，有效提升片籃傳輸可靠性。

The cassette shelf mechanically connects with tool automation structure and the program is transferred using network cable,which improves the reliability of the cassettes transportation effectively.

6、采用貨架代替緩存站方式，確保先進(jìn)先出原則的同時(shí)，工序間的緩存貨架可靈活調(diào)用也可減少部分工序的緩存貨架大大降低成本。

Using cassette shelves to replace buffer station ensures the first-in-first-out principle and the flexible scheduling of buffer shelves greatly reducing cost.

7、選用國(guó)內(nèi)一線(xiàn)品牌AGV生產(chǎn)廠商，有紋理導(dǎo)航、激光SLAM導(dǎo)航方式小車(chē)選擇。

Adopts Tier-1 AGV suppliers in China, texture navigation/ laser SLAM navigation optional.
