Recently, S.C's first set of GW Capacity Perovskite Magnetron Sputtering Vertical Vacuum Coating Equipment PVD2400V has been successfully delivered. The PVD2400V has a coating width of 2400mm, suitable for 1200x2400 substrates. The successful delivery is a demonstration that S.C has deeply mastered the high technology of perovskite vacuum coating equipment and met the demands of market development.
